At the Heart we are group of people dedicated to Discovery, Asking the hard questions, and finding the answers to those questions.

The way we present that to the world

The media team is a highly skilled group of people that are physically and mentally ready to go anywhere to find those answers, "Watch us Learn" is the motto of that group.

The Leaders

This group is "elders" dedicated to teaching what they have learned without regard for self-promotion or self-glorification. If they don't have the answer to the questions, they are dedicated to helping the Lead Media Crew find the answers, whether that be finding the person or people with the answers or researching the topic to discover it for themselves.

These Elders meet with the Media Crews and disciples them in their journeys while all so providing "Teachings" for the wider audience, this consists of Podcasts, Lectures, Classes, ETC.

LMC (Lead Media Crew)

LMC is in charge of producing all media that Balam’s Ass puts out. This consists of Podcasts, Lectures, Travel Discovery, Live Streams, Social Media, Graphics, ETC.

This group has an unquenchable thirst for learning more about the kingdom of God, They work full-time for this organization and are working to maintain the campus and the studio while all so being "ready for deployment" for in-field Discovery videos.

IM (Intern Media)

are young people wanting to dedicate their lives to the Lord but do not yet have the knowledge and Esperance to be LMC, this group is "The Helpers" for LMC.

This group lives on campus and is dedicated to being discipled and mentored by the higher groups. They will learn and go through a curriculum designed to make them people of Jesus as well as have hands-on training in the media trade. They sign a 2-year contract stating their intentions.

The Day-to-Day

This is a digital-only organization, and the media is the product, so there will be media posted every day that is consistent with the values. Our goal is to produce media of us learning the knowledge of the kingdom of God and sharing the entire experience. We will be producing a wide range of content.
